Introduction of Surah Qadr
Al-Qadr is the 97th surah of the Quran; it was revealed in only five ayaat. This is also known as “Al-Qadr” in English, meaning “The Night of Power” or “The Night of Decree.” The whole sura is about Laylat al-Qadr, that super-special night when the Quran was first revealed to the Prophet Muhammad in history. Better than a thousand months, that night is filled with blessings and peace from God. This surah makes this night magnificent and vibes believers to find it in their worship and prayers.
