Introduction of Surah Al-Kahf
It is the 18th chapter of the Quran, with 110 verses, and named after the story of the “People in the Cave,” a group of young believers who hid in a cave and were marvelously put to sleep for many years as a miracle that saved their faith. This Surah also relates to the fables of the wise Prophet Musa and the just ruler Dhul-Qarnayn. All these tales bear moral imperatives that deal with faith, patience, and a person’s trials. Many people recite or listen to Surah Kahf every Friday to save them from trials in the future.
