Introduction of Surah Kafirun
Surah Al Kafirun is the 109th chapter of the Quran and contains 6 verses. The name “Al Kafirun” itself means “The Disbelievers.” The Surah takes a clear line of faith wherein Muslims are guided to talk about their belief in one single God without compromising that with people of converse belief. It emphasizes further that one must refrain from mixing up the worshipping of Allah with worshipping other gods. It concludes the Surah with a message of mutual respect and the individual responsibility of each for what one believes and acts.
