Introduction of Surah Ikhlas
Chapter Al-Ikhlas The 112th chapter of the Holy Quran consists of 4 verses. “Al-Ikhlas” itself means “The Purity” or “The Sincerity.” This tiny Surah is mighty when declaring the Oneness of God. It declares that there is no match for Allah; He is One and Unmatchable; He neither begets anyone nor begotten. The Surah itself is enough to preach the articulation of Islam’s most fundamental belief: that there is but one God, eternal and self-sufficient. Recitation of this Surah means affirmation of one’s unwavering faith and commitment to none other than God Himself.
