Introduction of Surah Al-Imran
The third chapter of the Holy Quran, Surah Al-Imran, contains 200 verses. It is named after the family of Imran, comprising the Prophet Jesus and his mother, Mary. This Surah emphasizes faith, unity, and righteousness. It sets forth the afflictions of the early Muslim ummah and how to handle running conflicts and remain steadfast. Basically, Surah Al-Imran emphasizes observing the commands of Allah and lays importance on bonding between people of the Ummah of Muslims.
