Surah Al-Hadid is the 57th chapter of the Quran and contains 29 verses. The name itself, “Al-Hadid,” means “The Iron,” which is a vital tool. This surah deals eloquently with God’s power and act of creation, enveloping all things inclusive-being an instrument of representation for strength and utility. As a second point, it calls upon believers to use their wealth and resources judiciously, supporting noble causes and being ever-considerate of their actions. It reminds one that everything in life is temporary and true success is through faith and good deeds. It calls upon one to be steadfast in faith and to trust in God’s plan.
