Introduction of Surah Al-Ahzab
Surah Al-Ahzab is chapter 33 of the Qur’an, which was revealed in Medina; it narrates the event comprising the Battle of the Trench when various tribes had combined forces to oppress the Muslims, but with divine help and grace, the battle was won. The surah also talks about other important family and social rules, such as the special status of the Prophet’s wives and the rules on modesty and marriage; hence, it highlights the Sunnah of following Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Generally, it teaches one to trust Allah when things get tight and maintain strong family values.
