Namaz e Janaza Complete guide(ka tarika)

Muslims perform a special prayer when someone dies, known as Namaz Janaza and Salat al-Janazah. They pray in front of Allah to forgive him and forgive people who passed away. Every Muslim needs to attend Namaz Janaza. If most people offer this prayer, then the responsibility is fulfilled. If no one provides them, they are considered unfulfilled.

Here is a complete method to pray  Salat al-Janazah.

Step 1: Purify yourself

Every Muslim must purify himself before Wudu. otherwise, they may not be acceptable to Allah.

Step 2: Intention(نیت)

چار تکبیر نماز جنازہ۔ فرض کفایا . ثنا واسطے الله تعالٰی دے- درود واسطے حضور نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم – دعا واسطے حاضر اس میت دے – پیچھے امام دے اللہ اکبر

Namaz e janaza ki takbeer: 4 Takbeers for Namaz e janaza. Fard-e-Kifaya. Sanah for Allah Almighty – Salutations for the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) – Supplication for this deceased person – Behind the Imam – Allahu Akbar

Step 3: Sannah

Tarjumah: A Allah tere paki aur tere hamad sy tuje yad karta hoon. Tera naam babarkat hain. tere shan buland hain. Aur tere tareef bari hain aur tere siwa koi mabood nahi.

Step 4: Darood Sharif

اے اللہ حضرت محمد (ص) اور حضرت محمد (ص) کی سب پر رحمت۔ جیس ترھا ایپ نی رحمت بیجھے اور سلام بیجھا اور برکت دی اور میروبانی کی اور رحم کیا حضرت ابراہیم (ص) اور حضرت ابراہیم (ص) سب کے برابر۔ بیشک ایپ نھایت طریف والا اور بزرگ ہے۔

Tarjumah: A Allah Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) aur Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) ki all par rehmat bejh. Jes tarha app ny rehmat bejhe aur salam bejha aur barkat di aur merobani ki aur reham kia Hazrat Ibrahim (SAW) Aur Hazrat Ibrahim (SAW) ki all par. Beshak app nihayat taref wala aur buzurg hain.

Step 5:Dua of an adult male or adult female

Tarjumah: A Allah baksh de hamare har zinda aur har mayat ko aur hamare har hazir aur har gher hazir ko aur hamari har chote aur barai ko aur hamari har mard aur aurat ko Allah app hum mai sy jis ko zinda rakhe app us ko islam par zinda rakh. Aur hum mai sy jis ko mot dy tho us ko iman ka mot dy.

Step 6:Dua of a non-adult boy

Tarjumah: A Allah is larkay ko agay bej kar hamari liye saman wala bana dy aur is hamari ley ajar ka aur waqt par kam aney wala bana dy aur hamari leye sefaresh karny wala bana dy jis ki sefarish manzor ho jaye.

Step 7:Dua of a non-adult girl

Tarjumah: A Allah is larki ko agay bej kar hamari leye saman wale bana dy aur isko hamari leye ajar aur waqt par kam ani wale bana dy. Aur isko hamari leye sefarish kane wale bana dy aur wo jis ki sefarish manzoor ho jayi.

Step 8:Salam

Tarjumah: Salam aur Allah ki rehmat ho tum par.

Importance of Namaz Janaza

The importance of Namaz-e-Janaza can be understood to the effect that it is a prayer for and on account of the entire deceased person and the near ones. In a word, it is a type of prayer in which the Muslim community gathers and implores Allah for the mercy of the deceased person, that Allah may forgive his sins and award him peace in the afterlife.

It strongly emphasizes people’s shared responsibility towards one another, even in death. Namaz-e-Janaza is therefore regarded as a deed of utmost merit, for through that, one performs a significant religious obligation and simultaneously attests to the strong unity among Muslims in rendering compassion and brotherhood at the time of anyone’s death.
